After graduating cum laude from Yale University and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Stark completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Barnes Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis and his fellowship in Medical Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard. He subsequently served on active duty with the United States Public Health Service through the National Health Service Corps.

Dr. Stark is board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Throughout his career, he has served as a consultant to healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies, including Bon Secours Hampton Roads and the Virginia Board of Medicine. He has authored and presented numerous articles, abstracts, lectures, and symposia on oncology, medical malpractice, cancer screening, and medical errors.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Stark has devoted much of his professional life to medical education. He has taught generations of physicians and currently serves as a visiting lecturer at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he teaches residents and medical trainees and participates in ongoing cancer education and research conferences.

Today, Stark Oncology Consulting draws upon this unique combination of clinical experience, academic leadership, and medico-legal expertise to provide clear, objective oncology insight in complex litigation matters nationwide.
